1. How can we settle payments?
Contracts and invoices are issued through the Useme platform. Once we issue an invoice, it will be sent to you, and the final project will be delivered after payment. We can agree on payment in installments, where each payment initiates the next stage of the project. You will receive two invoices for one agreed amount – separately from Klaudia and Michalina (that’s how Useme works). Along with the payment of the invoice, the economic copyrights are transferred to you.
2. What does the collaboration look like?
We start every collaboration by filling out a brief. You can complete it for free and then have a free meeting with us, where we will propose solutions, possibilities for the order, and an individual quote. Once we agree on the scope and price, we sign a contract. Then we get to work. During implementation, we meet three times – to choose a moodboard, for the presentation of two prototypes (does not apply to video), and to evaluate the final product and propose potential changes.
3. What if I don’t like the material?
Meetings and presentations of moodboards and prototypes serve this purpose. We don’t keep you in suspense until the very end; you have a clear insight into what artistic decisions we make and how we implement the strategy. Additionally, you have three revisions included in the project costs. Every additional revision is possible but extra paid. However, it's worth noting that a revision is not throwing the whole project away and starting over. It’s rather a change in layout, color, etc.
4. What is the turnaround time? Do we take "for yesterday" projects?
The completion time depends strictly on the agreed scope of work. Usually, we give ourselves 7 days for a single order. If it's a package – it can be assumed that a single project process takes an average of one to two days, e.g., a shoot day, two days for strategy and basic graphic design, etc. But honestly – it depends! Usually, premium projects are much more time-consuming; we build scenery, design by hand, segment target groups, etc. We will discuss everything at the first meeting! As for projects "for yesterday" – always and only upon private inquiry, because maybe we will just have a free slot, but that's no rule. Briefly speaking, it’s negotiable, but you must know that it will be a 2x more expensive project.
5. Do we use AI?
Yes, BUT you will never receive a project from us that is fully generated by artificial intelligence. We use AI to build prototypes while choosing a direction, and to speed up editing, e.g., by cutting out an object, generative filling of backgrounds, or scanning text sources. You can be sure that every final element comes from our hands. Why? We are allergic to generic content. The exception for us will be projects where artificial intelligence has an artistic justification and its authorship is intended to be visible. If you want AI-generated texts, then we agree on the graphics only, and you provide us with the content :)
